We have been developing Schematic Design concepts for the project which will be defined as a unique and immersive shopping experience in the Hill Country. The centerpiece of this design is a retrofitted 108 year old church that has been moved from Middletown, Ohio to its new home in Austin, TX. Check out the article online.

Recently, Dick Clark + Associates put together a competition entry for a open call on design submissions for the existing Seaholm Intake Center on Town Lake. Our design solution focused on the multiple routes of transportation within the context of the building, and how to best design the building and its surrounding grounds to accentuate these forms of movement. Joggers, bikers, kayackers and daytrippers could move freely in a complex interplay between these separate groups.
